    14 lbs in Ten Weeks - Fingers Crossed

    So today was my first day doing sw on my own at home.

    Starting weight 9.13 st.
    Goal weight 8.13 st by 19th July my daughters christening.

    Hexa milk
    Hexb 2 slices of bread from a 400gr loaf

    B: weight watchers fat free yogurt strawberry + 1/4 of a watermelon.

    L: Hexb with homemade fat free cream cheese + orange

    Snack: 3 hard boiled eggs mixed with 1 tsp of full fat mayo and 1 slice of bread from a 400gr loaf.

    D: Beef stir fry made with beef, onions, bean sprouts, babycorn, chilli, mange tout and noodles and a ginger and chilli stir fry sauce by blue dragon - fed four

    Syns: 2.5 Mayo
    3 Sugar in coffee
    1 ww yoghurt ??
    2.5 for blue dragon sauce??
    Total syns: 9

    Not 100% sure on syn values but think they are correct.

    So I am sore this morning after power walk and kettle worx yesterday! Its so nice to feel the burn after almost a year of not being able to do anything...being pregnant and suffering severe back pain and pelvic issues prevented me from being mobile at all!

    Another power walk at 10am so am having a light breakfast:

    2 slices of toast from a 400gr loaf (hexb)
    Milk in coffee (hexa)
    1 sugar - 1 syn

    Have eggs boiling for a snack when I get home.

    Friday is take away night in our house so need to figure out what to order from the Chinese!
    Possibly beef with green pepper and mushroom with boiled rice...need to figure out syns but I would guesstimate about 8.

    Happy Friday everyone!

    Had three boiled eggs mixed with a tsp of mayo and a large orange for lunch. Counted 2.5 Suns for mayo.

    Snacks: muller light x2
    Orange

    Dinner: Chinese 9 syns which wouldn't have been too bad until I remembered I ate a digestive earlier in the day st a whopping 3 syns.!!!

    Total syns: 17.5 - no digestives tomorrow and buying sweetener so will lose the syns I am using on sugar for coffee.

    Happy Saturday! The sun is shining thank god so will hopefully get some body magic in today. Did a 4k walk yesterday and then the kettlworx dvd. Feeling great

    So far today I have had: magic porridge and a coffee with sugar for 1 syn.

    Lunch:
    Tuna pasta with cheese from hexa mixed with stock and brocolli.

    Dinner: KFC chicken with sweet potato wedges done in the actifry with frylite.
