Well I'm completely new here. I have done a online diary before and it worked really well for me. Unfortunately the moderators shut it down as they felt it was unhealthy..needless to say I'm delighted to have found another.
I'm 31 and 11 Stone. I would love love love to get to about 10/10.5 stone in the next 6 weeks so I'm going to go back to what worked for me before! Slimming World! I'm heading for my 1st meeting tonight but I'll start by what Ive eaten so far today!
Breakfast : 1 Banana & 1 Glenisk Low Fat Greek Yogurt
Lunch : Falafel and Cous Cous Salad with Tbls Low Fat Hummus
Snack : Yogurt Rice Cakes x2
Dinner : TBC
