I need to understand the reasons why I eat so much and kick this excess booty to the kerb. From tomorrow I will be starting a new plan as follows..
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 3 x shakes a day, unlimited fruit and veg, 3l water
Saturday - Anything goes! I can eat whatever I want however much I want (an off day in other words)
I am looking forward to tackling this after what seems like years since I originally ordered the shake powder!
