    1 month weight loss kickstart

    I've been going through a bit of a stressful period lately, due to exams and the end of university, but it's all over now, so I want to celebrate by losing some weight before my graduation ceremony in mid July. I know that fast weight loss is not the answer, but I need a bit of a kickstart to get the ball rolling, and will be moving onto a less hardcore method of diet after reaching this first goal. My aim for this next month will be to: mainly eat slimming world, keeping my syns to a maximum of 7/8 syns a day, 5.2 fasting, and doing the 30 day shred. Wish me luck

    Diet: Variation of 5:2 - 2 days at around 600-700cals, 3 days at 800-1000 and 2 days whatever

    Best of luck Kat. I think that's do able and it's not too extreme. On the 5:2 diet they recommend eating healthily on the 5 days so doing slimfast on those days is fine I think. How much are you hoping to lose ?

    October Weight loss - (STS - I reckon, time delay from Asia holiday (as in the weight didn't show up the day I landed, but the week after. A 5 day trip to NY. And undeniable overeating on the weekend which I'm now getting under control).
    November Weight loss - (3 Pounds) and into the 8s - BOOM!!!!

    11/12 - 9st 2 - URGH - 3lb gain - not unexpected at all after 4 nights out and 4 days in France. Aiming for 2lbs off next week. We'll see! haha

    30/12 - Goal is to finish December around 9stone - so really maintain during December and have the final push in January and February to get to dream body. It's going to be tough to maintain.
