Yesterday I started my 6 week bikini diet in preparation for my holiday to Tenerife.
I will be following the Nutrologie diet. You have a healthy breakfast, a shake for lunch and then a healthy evening meal. No caffeine, no white carbs and no sugar. You must exercise and there are three different tablets to take through out the day during the first week and there next 5 weeks there are only 2 different tablets to take. I have a Fitbit and will be tracking my steps and very active minutes using this.
