Hi everyone I'm Lucie *waves*
I'm 26 from London, I'm a Beauty and Plus size fashion blogger and despite promoting body confidence and embracing my wobbly bits, I've decided not only for myself but for health reasons that I need to shift the wobbly bits.
I'm on my third week ( first week i got weighed which gave me my starting weight and had 2 weigh ins since, So I guess that makes this technically week 4 but I'm going with week 3 on the diet) on Slimming world following the EE Plan, My weigh days are Wednesday evening in a class. My Starting weight was 24st 1lbs. I'm 5'3 and I wanted a thread of my own where I could post my food diary, What I'm eating (( "If you bite it, Write it!")) I think it will be good for me, If I'm being naughty you guys can come smack my wrist, If I've got something wrong and I'm eating like 20 syns instead of the 10 I think I'm eating etc. Basically I want to document it all as lets face it, I have a long way to go, But I'm determined and realise its going to take time, Slow and steady wins the race.
So before I start get to the stats and weigh-ins etc, Here are a couple pictures of me which are recent ( the bottom 3 are about 4 months ago ) I do indeed have purple hair now :P But I felt they gave an accurate view of my shape and size.. Also if I'm honest I look huge in them, Especially the one where I'm interviewing Liz Mcclarnon. It makes me feel embarrassed which is exactly why its up here. To remind me of why I'm doing this. Because I don't want to look like THAT.
