breaking the 4 month binge and jumping back on the wagon!

here we go again, i have struggled for 4 months now going up and down like a yoyo :sigh:. today will be my last day of eating like a fatty from tomorrow i am going to be good.

tomorrows a good day to start as i am doing a pretty mudder :) i just wish i was a bit fitter and less fatter!

well my jouney has begun, i didnt eat the best yesterday but it was a day to remember, i did the pretty mudder at clumber park and had the most fun i have had in a while, i cant wait to do it next year, but much fitter and less fatter :D

today has been a good day, i got up went swimming then to work,i have just done day 1 of the squat challenge and 3 mins on my shake a weight :)
 
very pleased with myself and not sure how but i lost 4 3/4 pounds this week, i am over the moon :bliss:
 
another good week,i lost 1 1/4 lbs this week and its my TOTM. its been a busy week with lots of work and not so much food! only 5 more pounds and i will be back to where i was in may :)
 
I'm also drawing a line after some time off. Weight was up and down for the last 4 months, but ultimately I put on an extra 18.5 lbs :(

Got 3.5lbs off this week, hoping for 2 next week. Good luck lady, we can do this!!
 
oh dear i'be been off the rails again :sigh: i got up to 20 stone 6 pounds last monday so decided i needed to give myself a kick start and started the james duncan diet, i managed to get to day 3 then had 4 very very good days. and lost 13 pounds!!! its been the kick up the bum i have needed, i am feeling the healthiest i have felt in a long time and i am now at my lowest weight in years :D. eight more weigh ins until my 52 weeks are up, i wont reach the 100 lbs but i will try my hardest and get as close to it as i can
