Decided to do a diary as I hope it will help me stay motivated and keep on track. :)
A few years ago I used to weigh 13 and a half stone, decided it was time to lose weight and successfully lost 2 and a half stone through calorie counting and exercise and weighed 11 stone. Managed to maintain that weight until I met my boyfriend two years ago - my weight has gradually crept up to 14 stone, I'd say it was mainly due to the life style change. I started doing things I never did before - such as snacking in front of the TV, eating more takeaways and generally choosing unhealthier foods. I hope that this diet can not only help me lose weight but change my lifestyle so I can start eating healthier foods in the right portions. :)
 
You've proven you can lose weight so I'm sure this time will be no different ;-)
