Slimming World diary here's to good health

So today is my first day with slimming world using the extra easy plan.

I hope I get the hang of this real quick so here we go

Was at meeting for two hours so my day of food begain me cooking at 11.30

Brunch
SW peri peri salt chips frylite - 0.5 syns
Ham
Scrambled eggs

Banana satsuma sf

150ml diet coke f
Bottle of water f
Pukka tea herbal f

SW chicken jambalaya omitted the quorn sausage and replaced it with prawns which I think it should then all be free foods in the slow cooker

Turkish delight muller f

Hea glass milk
Heb bfree wrap with tonight's meal

Monster munch 6 syns

Hopefully this is correct eek fingers crossed ✌️

I'm doing ok! Just very slow but I'm not willing to sacrifice holidays and partying for quicker weight loss :)

Having said that haven't lost anything for a month now so am going to cry if I don't see some progress on Thursday ( moving weigh in day so it coincides with work challenge)
 
It seems a very filling plan, I love holidays so I can understand

Beef cubed in slow cooker with

1/4 garlic herb quark 1.75 syns (between two 3.5 syns worth used for recipe)
1/2 normal quark

Peri peri salt 0.5 syns
Corn on the cob

Water and herbal teas

Hope this is right hehe, still feels so weird eating so much food

I did juice plus before and was so very deprived x

Once back I am making a tweaked speed soup with veg and pulses I have

I just need to get through those hours as star week landed and I'm all over the place boo hiss boo


I changed gammon to bacon trimmed and that was a weird process for me.

This has been a horrendous year and I am glad to see the back of that looking forward to better times now

I felt very bloated this morning and there's lots of stress here. I had a great time at my placement today though I'm studying to be a early years educator.


Feeling more positive now though

Today has gone ok and I'm feeling like I will lose for my first weigh in on Monday.

I am really undecided about food for tomorrow as I may have to work a longer day then normal.

And that will mean no facilities to cook and just be.

Seafood was lovely today and all free foods yayy!!

Will be back with my menu I know I can do this so I will lol affirmation time
 
So I have made overnight porridge for tomorrow's breakfast. It's going to be a mad dash and I'm really hoping I can keep it together with my plan.

Maggi so juicy galic bag (4.5syns for bag mix) pork chops, serving two 2 1/4 per person in syns

Think this is ok if so I may syn a small glass of milk.

So I am not at placement today as my endometriosis pain went crazy in the night and will probably fade tomorrow grr but this is why I signed up to slimming world. My belief is losing weight and creating a better food relationship will help me to ease this away for good whether there are surgeries or not, involved.

I know food can balance the endocrine system and I will alway work towards good health.

I had my porridge and banana mostly to be able to take ibro for pain if I'm honest - but I am going to follow the plan and that is that.

I feel less bloated today, and I'm sure some weight is gone! Maybe I'm wishful thinking bit I am looking forward to weigh day next week to see the results.

Still no matter what it is Friday and I love Fridays

I weighed myself and I know I should have waited - I'm gutted because it says I have put four pounds on!! Well weigh in is Monday and I will just have to see what they say

I love it when you wake up feeling less bloated. Really good luck for weigh in - I'm sure you've lost something!
 
I do hope so as you can see I am sticking to the rule lol eeek Monday Monday dodododo will tell all ✌️
