Been so tired lately
 
Friday's are always good....I don't work on Fridays woohoo.

lately I have been struggling a bit with IBS, I ended up awake for over an hour last night feeling ill , in addition I have had a few instances of gall bladder attacks and sometimes I think I might be having a mix of both. I have a doctors appointment on the 10th November and it is possible I will be offered surgery for the gallbladder, not sure will wait and see. I also have PCOS, so I am a bit of a wreck really for knowing what to eat that won't effect one thing or another.

I am also currently menstruating so all in all feeling a bit bleurgh.

On a positive note I haven't eaten anything wrong today, but nor have I actually eaten anything at all. Got no appetite this morning
 
in the end I settled on a baked egg breakfast.

Lined a small oven bowl with baking paper, added a few small slices of smoked sausage, some chopped onion, pepper, tomato, whisked up two eggs and poured over. Baked for about half an hour as I don't like runny egg at all.

210 calories.

Hey mags, good look this time around. I have tried some 10 - 20 times and this is the first time I have made it past a week without cheating, if I can get my fat ass to diet then you can too. Good luck and stay strong

i pride myself that although I have gained weight I haven't gone back to my previous high. I always keep it in my stats so I feel like I have still achieved something :)

so so last night we had a takeaway, I still don't have a big appetite as was ill recently though, I had 3 pieces of veg pakora! And about 1/3 of a portion of veg rice. All in according to my fitness pal I consumed 930 calories. I know I should have more and I normally do, so we will see what happens anyway.
 
Sorry not been in for a good few days, but I haven't been off the wagon, just tired and busy.

Down 3lbs and feeling better from the IBS etc for the moment.

another week begins......

been finding it it hard to get on here, but I have no work for a week now so should be around more.
