The Weight Loss Diary vol 2!

So here we are, volume 2 and it's unfortunately a restart diary!
No excuses - I fell off the wagon once again and have maintained my unhealthy 15st 4lb weight. Totally unacceptable.

It's making me unhappy and we cannot have that so I really need the motivation and kick up the backside this time.... I WILL get there!

Who's with me? :)
 
Wednesday 10th December

So I've weighed myself today just to have an idea what's going on ; I kinda plan on doing this but only count my official weight on the Tuesday! So today, I'm not sure what's happened, but my weight on the scales was showing as 15st 1.6lbs which is a change of 3.4lbs in just a day!! That aside, I do have a body fat percentage of 34% which is totally unacceptable and just yuk!

For breakfast, I've traded in the usual cup of fizzy drink and replaced it with calorie free squash which was nice and tasty :) I also had 3 crackers and low fat cheese spread rather than a roll and sausage or something along those lines.

Here's to hopefully great success this time :)
