Back Again

This is my third time on here but I'm back to give it another shot.

I've always been a big girl but about 4 years ago I went from a size 18 to a size 12/14. I did it just by cutting out/down on fizzy drinks, cakes, chocolate etc but didn't follow a set plan or diet. I didn't really feel as though it was a diet but after having my daughter I put on weight due to giving up my retail job and making bad choices.

I'm now a size 18/20 and weigh 14st 12lbs which I think is the heaviest I've ever been (I was smaller when I was pregnant :eek:)

I'm not going to post a food diary as I found it made me obsess over what I was eating last time and I lost weight before when I didn't think too much about food!

My plan is to cut down on treats and also do at least 10 mins of aerobic exercise every day. I'm unwell at the moment though but will hopefully start tomorrow/weds.
