    My new weight loss diary!

    So my starting weight on the 8th December was 16 stone 13.
    My weight on the 22nd December is 16 stone 10.
    I don't want to set myself to fail so I am in average going to aim to lose 1 lb a week. Anything more will be a bonus.

    This means if I lose a lb a week it will take me 6 months to lose 1.5 stone. That means in a year by December 2015 I could lose 3 stone which would put me too 13 stone 10. This is my basic aim. Obviously I would like to double that.

    I've been living off jacket potatoes and baked beans and eating lots of salad but last night we tried a recipe off the slimming world website and it tasted amazing.
    Sticky chicken it's called
    We added rice mushrooms and red peppers to it.

    I'm going to be putting on this diary how I feel etc. And I'm going to write every day. This isn't for other people it's more so for myself so that I can look back and reflect.

    So 22nd how am I feeling
    Happy I've lost 3lbs and excited to keep going. My challenge this week is to stick with it I have never reached past week 3 on a diet. But slimming world isn't a diet so I will be fine. I'm just off to the pub I'm in wine spritzers. I have 15 syns to use today so fingers crossed I stick to it!!! X x
    Challenges.
    1. Drink enough water a day
    2. Get past week 3 - do not give up!!!
    3. Be optimistic
    4. Target 1 - Get to 14 stone
    5. Target 2 - 13 stone
    6. Target 3 - 12 stone
    7. Target 4 - 11 stone
    8. Target 5 - 10 stone.

    Well done on your weigt loss so far xx your way of thinking is a great one and its how i look at it now when i only lose a small amount xx

    Start weight - 12st 10.5lb


    Oct 16th 2014 - 5th March 2015 (20 weeks) = 2st 4lbs total loss


    Mini Goals
    My Mini March Challenge - be 10st by end of month
    To stick to plan 100% throughout the month
    Lose at least 2lbs each week

    March start weight = 10st 6lbs
    Week 1 (5th) - 10st 6.5 (+0.5lb)
    Week 2 (12th) - 10st 5lb (-1.5lbs)
    Week 3 (19th) - 10st 5.5lb (+0.5lb although I got weighed in evening so technically lost lol)
    Week 4 (26th) - 10st 1.5lb (-4lbs)

    Ok so I've spent the last 3 weeks eating **** and not sticking to slimming world at all. I think I've used the I'm gonna start Monday twice and overall just disappointed in myself. I promised my little brother and sister I would have lost weight next time I see them in April. We are going to Italy and I would love to wear a dress and a swimming costume without feeling fat.
    So I currently have a mug shot on stand for lunch and I'm going to my weigh in tonight.
    I'm going to guess that i've put on about 5 lbs so we shall see.
    I have also made a meal planner for this week to stick to and god dammit I'm gonna do it '

    Okay so I've only gained 2 lb which sounds a lot but seriously over Xmas I thought I had gained like a stone lol.
    Okay now to get back into gear x
    Challenges.
