Anything goes...

Hey, I've called this diary anything goes because I'm fed up of starting diaries in the ww/sw/cc etc sections.
I do seem to flit between the 3 a lot but I've only had real, longterm success with sw... I lost 3 stone- going from over 12 stone to 9st :)

I then took up running combined with a low carb, no sugar diet, and it was the best thing I ever did, it got me down to 8st 8 - I even starting getting real definition in my stomach which i never thought possible! I have 3 children who have stretched me to pieces lol.

So... i weighed in this morning and I'm 9st 2.5lbs. No... its not a lot but I'm aiming to get back into the 8s and re-start running. It means more to me to feel and look healthy and eating junk is just gonna make me feel awful.

Ill be posting pictures along the way :)
 
Todays food... not going to be any good but i want to start getting back into the habit of eating real food and not 'Christmas food' lol.


Breakfast-

2 boiled eggs
Banana


Lunch-

Pitta bread, prawns in a homemade sauce.. tomato sauce, mayo, paprika and pepper, lettuce



Dinner-

Turkey curry :)
Madras paste, tomatoes, mushrooms, leeks, a few homemade wedges.


Then i ate a ton of celebrations :-(

Tomorrow i will try again... low carb and no sugar!!

Ok... attempt to low carb today :)

Banana (no the best low carb fruit but they're so good for you)

Lunch-

Leftover beef, stir fry veg


Dinner-

Nothing :-( started to feel poorly

Woke up this morning with horrible swollen glands.. it hurts to swallow :O
Not really sure about food today...

Lunch-

3 egg omelette, cheddar cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes
 
Haven't been able to update... I've got a nasty throat infection and haven't been able to eat :-(

Hi ladies can I join you? I've not yet weighed but know I'm desperate to lose more. Xmas has piled it all on. I know in good with low carbing I just need a friend or few to push me when I feel like giving it all up and reaching for the shortbread lol.

So fancy a friend on your weight loss quest?

I am so depressed with how much weight I've put on. Unreal! Been so good today and yesterday though and aiming for a good week until weigh in next Thursday so hope I don't have a heart attack in the scales next week :-(

I made a lentil and vegetable soup with all the left over veg from xmas.

On a good note though.. I've signed up to do a half marathon!! It's in May.. so it'll give me plenty of time to train xx

would love to do a half marathon, just had such a bad injury in august, I'm still not even back to 5k running as it's still niggly! need to get a more structured programme together I think to see if i can start getting my distances back up
 
Hey ladies. What's everyone's name on here? Sorry will take me a while to get to know you all.
I'm Cheryl. 37. Married with 2 children. No idea what I weigh but my 12s are getting tight lol.
I'm not starting properly until New Year's Day as I'm working a late shift tomorrow so my only celebration will be the food I can eat. Hoping for a kebab lol.

I used to be able to run 6/7 miles quite easy but i haven't been out for a run since September!
I'll be going back to basics :O

Todays food was a bit off cause of my throat...

Breakfast-

Nothing

Lunch-

Homemade Lentil and vegetable soup

Dinner-

Butterflied chicken breast, quarter pack of pilau rice and some nandos hot sauce.

(This was really difficult to eat but i needed something)


Lots of pepsi max, coffee and sugar free squash.


I will be going completely sugar free on the 1st.. my boyfriend is also going to join me :) makes things a lot easier if I'm cooking us both the same. Xx
 
This is my before and after when i quit sugar/high carbs and went running.

I would say I'm about the same weight in the after picture but no where near as toned anymore :-(
I will look like that again.

Can I be really nosey and ask what weights you were and how tall you are? I know you probably have them in your profile but I'm on a phone and can't see them.
