New year new me.....hopefully!

So started Monday motivated and determined to lose a few pounds. Monday was very good, went back to pilates and walked the dogs as well as eating lots of fruit! Got home after pilates and fancied chocolate but decided if I had a chocolate eclair sweet it would keep me chewing longer....ended up cracking my tooth! So had half a tooth out yesterday...should help with weight loss! Anyway not put off I emailed a local netball club on Boxing Day to see if I could go along for training....so went along last night and worked really hard, played in a training game....first time I've played netball for a number of years! Legs really hurting today but so pleased I did it....about an hour before I was wondering whether to give it a miss....:)
 
hey there good luck with your journey and great job on the netball once you get into it gotta be a good addition into life. what plans do you have for your weight loss?

Yeah, pleased with going....although legs are feeling it today! Going to try Sw style, going to try without going to a group to start with. Increased exercise and being quite good, hoping that weighing at the weekend with give a good loss.....we will see.
 
so healthy life style a very good plan. its amazing how your body adapts to the excercise first bout and the muscle complain like mad then they quickly give up their complaining. it is so goods when you can dp more physically without lookin like a 90 yr old the next day!

Hope so, sorry yeah healthy lifestyle and kind of using what I remember from slimming world that I did last year which worked but gave up! Yep muscles are still complaining! Hoping next week will be easier. :)
 
So a little treat yesterday, a local cafe are making slimming world style breakfasts, so went a had one, felt like a treat as didn't have to cook it but all sw friendly! It was lovely. Have a good day all!
 
So a very good day healthy eating and totally planned then a hour of pilates this evening, felt really stretched! Then came home to find my lovely husband had cooked a veggie mushy pea curry(slimming world recipe)! It was lovely! :)
 
So a good week, lost 3.5lbs. Tonight we considered a takeaway then had pork, sweet potato wedges and veg. Had a sorting out day....feel all motivated and on track. Hope it continues! :)

Well done. I considered fish and chips but couldn't handle the red line screaming at me on MFP!!
 
I haven't used mfp is it good? Another good day, went shopping and only bought fruit, veg and cleaning products! We both laughed at the till....can tell totally motivated at the mo....hope it continues.

So another day totally on track! Don't really know how I managed it as it was a really hard day at work, very stressful and no lunch break! Had fruit and yoghurt.....didn't really hit the spot but resisted a baguette or anything bad! And after the students kicking off and non stop incidents I resisted chocolate! Hey go, let's hope tomorrow is a better day!
 
Ok, so yesterday was bad but today was even more intense! So annoying, achieved nothing with my time out if class.....and had some pretty extreme behaviour!! And through it all I didn't eat anything other then what I had planned! It better be a better day or I'm locking myself in a cupboard tomorrow! Obviously not the one with leftover chocs in! ;-)
 
So yesterday was quite tricky but resisted a chocolate doughnut! Looked at it and them ate my banana for snack! Today much more chilled and still on track. Treated myself to a pedicure! Was lovely....something about toes looking tidy and lovely! Silly I know especially in the cold weather as only me and hubby see them!
 
It's also a treat not linked to food, I love visiting the salon, it's like a bit of therapy chatting and having a treat! Also a reward after a pretty interesting week! Happy friday everyone! Hope everyone has something nice to look forward to at the weekend. I've said I need to visit a beach to walk the dogs, even it's cold....can't beat a bit of beach therapy! :)
 
So have done 4 weeks of pilates and now going to fourth netball session! Proud that I haven't given up yet....Still motivated and not cheated at all, just need to keep on track! Just wanted to share that I'm still on it! :)
 
So after a weekend away and some treats, tried to be kind of good but we did walk lots! Feeling achy today. Back on track from today, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and packed lunch ready for work. Still going to netball and pilates so not completely lost it, felt slightly unmotivated over the week off work but hoping will kick start again.
