1st weigh in tomorrow...

Grrr gutted, I didn't cheat AT ALL and only lost 4 pounds, although apparently 6 3/4 inches also disappeared. I'm really disappointed and can only think that the fact I had already embarked on a healthy eating plan and lost some weight and skipping a few sachets had a knock on effect. But poo, 4 pounds in my first week stinks as I keep seeing people with 10 pound losses!!
 
I can't see your start weight on my iPhone but regardless of what it is, 4lbs is awesome!!!!
