    My Goals!! Summer 2015

    Hello!

    I need to lose 42lbs/3st by July/august 2015
    I am currently 222lbs/15st12 and by my summer holiday I want to be at 175lbs/12st7
    I have 21 weeks

    I will not be able to work out for about 6 weeks as I will be having an operation which requires no excercise for 6 weeks so i will then do slimming world and hope for the best!
