Bunty's Big Belly of Bounties (and wine)

I love food. I love cooking. I don't like all the "cheating" on SW. It's all in my head!
But I eat too much. I comfort eat. I sneak into the kitchen and eat my kids sweets.
And I like wine too much
So here I am. I am going to try the weird smash batter instead of beautiful delicious batter. I will eat muller lights instead of Ben and Jerry's.
I like yoga, and I can't get my belly and boobs around to twist. I want that back. Before kids I loved yoga. Now I am not loving yoga.
Anyway that's me outed myself.
I am married with two kids, one has autism. I don't go to work but I volunteer a lot. I am happy but I really am unhappy with my weight. I need to lost 3 and a half stone but I'm going with 2 just now.
Looking forward to meeting people here and sharing journeys and getting help with how this all works.

Well I didn't eat rubbish last night. I had an apple and a mullet light.

Today the plan is.

Scrambled egg and beans with sausages 1/2 tin - 3 syns?

Baked potato, tuna and sweetcorn and salad - free

Chicken curry and rice - little oil as I made this before my diet. - 3 syns?

Fruit and Muller lite as snacks

I don't drink milk at all and I haven't got any fibre in there? Any ideas?

I've also got a cold and my eldest is home ill and if he can't keep his antibiotics down we are heading for the hospital so I hope my day doesn't turn into raiding a snack machine!
