Helen's Life Change.

This is my 3rd time starting something on minis. And God willing my last. I have tried WW, and did ok with it. Only to go on and have more babies and gain more weight. More recently i have done Lipotrim, and went from 21 stone down to 16st. And that was fine, but when i came off it, bad habits started creeping up on me. And before u know it BOOM your 19 stone plus some. So this time, I am following a dear friend, whom i met on here, and together we are doing Slimming World. Rita and myself have a lot of weight to lose. I want to get rid of the best part of 7st maybe more.... I will know when i get there. I started SW on Monday, as Rita asked me to have a go on Sunday. I dare say we will have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks but one things for sure we have each other. Budding up is a great tool to have and I am fortunate to have one of the best. When i did LT i found photos of food great... Especially Rita's lol So I will be sharing my foods and plates, with everyone. All comments and feedback is welcome. Whether good or bad. So heres to Helen's Life Change.
 
Im so excited about us Helen :) Im half way on my weight loss even little more and that feels great.
As of today I have only 6,5 st to lose and doing it together with you and everyone else will be amazing. This will be another great year and I know we will rock this weight off from us.

Well done on getting your award for losing a staggering 7.5 stone :) so proud of you

I'm so glad your doing SW! LT has its benefits but it definitely doesn't educate us on how to eat properly.

And moo ... Literally the best girl to buddy up with that any girl could ask for xx
 
Thanks Cat. Much appreciated :) your right Lt does get the weight off. Just doesn't give you the tools to keep it off

Dinner 5 syns for my roll and 1 syn ketchup. Total syns for the day = 6
Had a banana for a snack.

Going good hun. I will do my weekly menu today after I get all the stuff I need for my cooking. Have you already have yours?
 
Here to follow, good luck, slimming world seems to be the best way to lose weight if you can stay committed in sure you will do great especially with lovely moos help! Xx
 
Another good day.
Breakfast 2 Weetabix (he), milk (he) and canderel. 0 syns
Lunch Scrambled Egg, beans and bacon. 0 syns. It was more like tea, my guts were rattling good oh!

I dont feel like i have lost any weight this week! But i have cooked every single day... So thats a change in itself. So my life change is going great, now all i need to do is shift this weight lol

Week 1 done and dusted. Weighed in this morning and 3lbs lighter. I was expecting a bigger number but i have learnt a lot in the week, and still are learning - thank u Rita x
Ps if we could weigh the family now as they have had same as me lol

Week one is done but many more to come and I know if you doing something you giving 110 % of yourself. Soon we will celebrate your first award =)

I worked long and stupid hours this weekend so i kind of spent the day in bed :sigh: So i only had my breakfast before I went to work. Wasnt really hungry then when i got to work. Had something handy just for the sake of eating something, then before u know it its 11pm and i havent had dinner. So i came home and had some fruit... Tomorrow i will be back on course - promise...
Breakfast, had planned on having weetabix, only the kids had finished them :( (note to self, need a bigger box) so the only thing in was a hot breakfast. Went all out, and even had bread & butter! And a cuppa Tea.
Bacon, scrambled egg, beans, toast (he), butter (1 syn), tea with canderel and milk (he)
Lunch, I went for my burger. Quick easy, and very filling.
Wholemeal roll (5 syns), beef burger, lettuce, onion, tomato and ketchup (1 syn).
So total syns for today = 7 syns

Going food shopping tomorrow, plan on having a go at some of the SW recipes.

I need to ask you something and that is not so easy to do as you may think. Trust the plan hun. Forget everything you know about healthy eating and trust sw.
Sw is amazing because it allows to eat when you want, how much you want and what you want. There is no reason why you should not have fruits at night. Non at all. Fruits are free food and you can have all you want. Fact is that your choice to have fruits at night was the best one you could have done. I am very proud of you.

So my dear girl, when you log back online make sure you edit your post and and remove sad face , replace it with happy one. Also you must correct your line - Not done so good today to I have done splendidly today splendidly splendidly :D
