Dietninjas 21 Day Fix & SW Diary

Dietninja

Mostly plant based
*******if you're just starting out reading this, I diet hop a lot! I have the philosophy of taking what's good about a diet and moving on! But underlying it all is creating a calorie deficit, and trying to keep hunger, energy and cravings in check with (fairly) clean eating and exercise *********

I'm doing another weight loss programme (the bodycoach 90day Sss) and loving it, but the weight loss is so slow, and although I'm getting results and feeling great, I have a summer holiday to think of!

So I've decided to use up my remaining Exante packs on 14 days of Vlcd to shift a few lbs and then I'll go back to the bodycoach plan.

I have 28lbs left to lose and 12 weeks to do it in before my holiday. My plan is drop 12lbs in the next 2 weeks (what I dropped on Jan when I did 2 weeks of Exante), which takes me up to half term. Then I'll have time to plan out the next phase, with 16 lbs to lose in ten weeks.

I'm low carbing today as prep then start tomorrow. Wish me luck...:)

You fancy a buddyyyyyyyy? xx

Ooh, the body coach plan looks amazing, I've been eyeing it up for weeks now! It's too expensive for me to commit to just now but I have a friend who has signed up and is waiting for her custom plan. I've seen the before and after photos on his *********, are you not tempted just to stick to his plan until your holiday? The scales might not be moving but I've seen some serious fat loss and shift in body composition using his methods xo

Oh ffs, i.n.s.t.a.g.r.a.m*

When I started the body coach I knew this might be an issue because I'm going on holiday at the end of July - I haven't been on a beach hol in forever and want to be comfortable with my weight. I posted a while back that I would review after 8 weeks.

I've lost a stone and a dress size in the first 8 weeks of the plan, which I'm really pleased with, and only have phase 3 to complete. But, whilst some of his transformations are truly amazing, others (like mine) are good but steady. It's definitely a long term plan for me, but I want to shift those lbs quicker, and then I'll be ready to focus on leaning out at a more steady pace.

I am not a huge fan of vlcds, they make me feel rubbish and I've never stuck to one for more than 2 weeks, but that's all I need for a kickstart!

So today was fine...didn't eat exactly what I planned as no time to shop so I had...

B - small latte, 3 slices emmental (late for work!)

L - Mediterranean chicken (chicken in a tomato sauce with red peppers & green beans

T - homemade turkey meatballs in a tomato sauce on a bed of broccoli (grated cheddar on top).

S - hot choc protein shake

Ex - none...had to work late

Water - 2 litres (it's a start...)

Carbs: 48g
Cals: 1450

I so do! When are you starting?
I already have but on Cambridge 810 plan with an added meal & low fat yogurt. But I want to go solid by just having 3 products only. The sooner I shift these 10 lbs the better.

So tomorrow 2 bars & a shake xxx

How long have you been doing Cambridge?
Is this question for me ?? If so since the end of last week.

Good luck for today previously on Exante you were very strong 14 days is achieveable x

Sorry honey yes it was!!! Has it been hard getting back on track? Are you exercising?

I'm having my evening pack now which is a bit early but hey ho.

Ummmm may have had half a tub of icecream last night....! Friday was a silly day to start as for me it's the hardest day of the week, diet wise.

So clean slate, and of we do today on day 1 of 14!
