Hi all. I have been SSing - no cheating for 1 week now and I have lost 8 pounds. I am truly amazed.

thanks a lot for your support. Just what I need.
To answer your question Irene, I have still got another 2 stones to go..and I will get there no matter how long it takes me.

One question though. How do you keep going when you have plateud?

Starting Weight on 13 March 08
14.08 st, 89.6 kg, 197.12 pounds

Wk 1: 2.08 lbs ---- did a bit of cheating here and there.
Wk 2: 8 lbs ------- stuck to Ssing
