Bought it last year when i lost all my weight and hubby and I were planning a romantic dinner. I got an allergic reaction to something at work and had to go on steroids and I piled on 6 kilos in 2 weeks and since the put on 2 or them, lost about 3.5 and went on holiday to Thailand (really enjoyed the food and cocktails) and now I reckon I have about 6 left to loose. I'm pleased to scream to the world that I've lost another 1.5cm's off my waist!!!!! and nearly at the half way mark. Tried on some pants which didn't fit last week and now they do but will wait to the end of the week for them to be perfect fitting and not snug! Only problem is I would like to have the energy to go to the gym with hubby tomorrow arvo and think i will be extremely low in that dept. Maybe only 30 mins for me. How are you going? X

Today 2 sultana's flew across the room and into my mouth! Very bad I know and I had a bit of mozzarella cheese which I am allowed but not on today's menu. Also 2 extra crackers and 1/2 an apple. ![]() ![]() Dont feel like any more and it was spread throughout the entire day. Still have the starved, skinny feeling that you have the first few days. Hoping that will subside tomorrow. ![]() Overall disappointed because technically haven't been 100% (although wasn't a blow out, thanks the stars). However I can confidently say I'm not falling off the wagon with this and I'm still going to fit into a fabulous dress on my birthday in 7 weeks and and 2 days time. Bren X

Today I'm really tried only 6 hours sleep and at the moment thinking about milk in my coffee. But haven't done it. Meeting a new friend today in the city after work and have got an apple and will have it with a pot of tea of coffee. Friday night will be hard. Going to see some comedy and perhaps dinner - It'll be fish and salad or a greek salad and I'll sneak some of my crackers in... also sparkling mineral water.
