goal 1 = make it through week one, don't kill anyone on day 4, work on day 5, and on to the end of the week done

goal 2 = make it through my first full work week shift done

goal 3 = get into the 14s DONE!!

Will I be able to access members only???

Thanks all hoping that I can loose at least another 3 kilos in the next 3 weeks (6.5 lbs). I have been doing 790 the entire time and miust admit last week snuck in some crackers and 5 chocolate pretzels (very small ones).

I will continue on this plan and maybe next week try some days SS with 4 packs. Some days though I still have to have meals out, time with my hubby and friends, so being able to eat a meal and avoid alcohol is okay.

Linz a great loss for you judging by your ticker!

you'll easily do that bren if you steer clear of the carbs!! no problem at all. that's why i'm doing 810 at the mo. i figure if i want to go out to eat then i should be able to have something low carb, chicken salad without dressing and no tomatoes for example and i should be fine

as for my diary being excellent linz. i don't know about that. i seem to ramble a lot, ha.

Diet: Dr Cohen's - maintence
Well today has not been a very good day food wise I have managed to polish off some mixed fruit and nut (1/2 a cup) and a small ramikin dish of yoghurt and muesli.......

Not sure why I did this putting it down to not drinking much water over the past few days and today obviously instead of thinking and knowing that really I'm thristy and not really hungry I reached for the food.......

Anyways now I'm going to drink down the water aiming for a total of 4 ltrs, I'm up to 2.3 perhaps and then going to the gym for 45 min of cardio and sit ups! Tomorrow I have a conference and will be having salad and mineral water. I also have to go out for dinner and will have fish and salad and drink mineral water at the pub. Avoiding alcohol has been easy on the positive side.

I have a WI on Monday arvo and hoping to loose something! Might tell CDC not to tell me the loss and wait for the following WI.

Hope all is good with everyone and hoping to be back in full force here next week when I get re settled back at school.
