    When it rains it poors with mishaps doesn't it. My reasoning for being AWOL the past 8 weeks or so. I love Ireland although it has been many years now, 8! I left with lots of bed bug bites!!! even on my toes.

    I am also running the Race for Life in Bristol on June 14th...All is in memory of my mother who died of colon cancer in 2004 and of course to help those who now need treatment, etc.

    Oooooh hellooooo how exciting that I have numerous messages to read on my diary

    Well, stomach seems to have relaxed a little, but i'm all over the place with my 'dieting' at the moment. There's a thing with greek orthodoxy where you're supposed to fast before christmas (from meat) and not eat dairy the week before you have communion or any oil on the wed, fri and sat before. don't ask me about the oil, i just don't know. i suppose it used to be a staple part of the greek diet, more so than meat ever was, so they decided they should give that up too. Anywho, it always complicates things because, especially yesterday when it was a no oil day as well as everything else, i just scoffed loads of bread mainly lol. and nuts. and salad, which is a good thing. heaven knows what it'll do to my weight. its hard to not eat everything in sight that i'm allowed, you kind of have this feeling that oh my god! i cant eat properly, therefore i must scoff my face with what i can eat to make up for it! it's all very complicated, I shall bore you with it NO LONGER!

    my car is off to the mechanics tomorrow morning, woohoooo

    abz...a shall post a photo up i'm just trying to get a good one hahaha, and not one that i look a bit crrrrazy in.

    Weighed this morning. SOMEHOW i seem to have put on... SIX POUNDS!! (from 12st 6, 4lbs from 12st 8 - my last WI.)

    I gotta go now but i think that apart from the chocs i had earlier this week it's to do with a lot of carbs. thus im doing a low carb day.
