Have you tried playing with protein/carb ratios? Often low calorie diets are high in carbs and that can make one more hungry...if you hit a plateau again it's worth a try to up the protein and lower the carbs (apart from the complex ones which will be smaller portions), as you can eat more calorie wise and still lose fat/weight.

i couldnt do this for more than a week. plus my sister is gorging on some of my most favourite chocolates, and i appear to have started craving every food going since i drove past the chip shop lol. i could eat everything bad right now. im seriously having to stop myself. maybe i should just eat now..
