Try not to get peed off with what you havent done, and remain positive about what you have done! 30 lenghts is fantastic! And it CAN be very boring, so well done!

id love to enjoy exercise but i cant see it ever happening but i do enjoying walking aslong as its not raining ( fairweather walker) even the dogs dont like going out in the rain so im not alone

Didn't go to the gym yesterday, went to the hairdressers lol. But gym session today and going tomorrow morning too

Day 1 of the school hols and already the ******* are doing my head in

We have 7 flipping weeks of this

Oh and meant to say....even though this past week has been a bugger ( re weight loss) I managed to loose 1.5lbs, only another 1.5 lbs to go till my 3 stone weight loss. I really want to get there for my holidays
