I'll be studying business and accounting. I'll still be able to go after I move, it'll just be a half an hour train ride. Don't worry I won't spend the week worrying about it, I know that I have to go. I'm already telling myself that I'm going to learn, if nothing else, it will improve my French. I've also had a lot of time to get used to the idea.

My mum called me last night, she's booked a flight to come and see me in 18 days time
The homesickness as kicked in big time.

I also really want to lose some weight to look good when I see them. You know I've been "dieting" for 2 months and I'm the same weight cos I keep yo-yo-ing on and off. It's driving me crazy. I honestly do feel like such a failure, so stupid and pathetic and weak. You know what the most predominant feeling is though? Desperation.

I said to myself last night, tomorrow morning - restart. We'll see how this one goes.

Hi Silence and everyone else. Just got back from my weekend and have eaten crazy food all weekend. It started at my grandson's birthday on Friday - just picky food all day and continued through the weekend. I don't know what I've done but I'm sure it's not good - the scales will tell me the truth of it tomorrow and I will probably not speak to them for the rest of the week - Nasty scales!!! I'll update you on the squatter situation tomorrow. Night night all x

Ha ha, I'm away again in 3 weeks too and a party to go to the week before but I KNOW I have to be good in between. You see, if you shift the squatters and then a couple more, it's not gonna be quite as bad next time round.... and so on... and so on. It's that one or two steps forward that makes the steps backwards not matter as much as they would. The main thing is to go the right way - generally x

Hi Silence, I so wish there was something I could say or do to help cos the desperation is really the pits. I can only say on the weight front I have been where you are now so have a hug.

Don't put pressure on yourself to lose weight before your mum and dad arrive, it doesn't matter to them and I doubt that more pressure at the moment is what you need.

I love your new picture, you look really great in it x
