i hope so still. all i can do is keep the faith and carry on. i am doing green days so it is all a bit carbtastic but i just can't afford to do red days all the time. thomas thinks i'm going to end up doing two months of cambridge as a result of this. but i was totting up the calories i'm eating and it isn't enough to have gained this much weight... i'm drinking plenty though. gah!! i was hoping to be in the 13s THIS week... i'm 14st 7.5lbs now

    thanks guys

well i am keeping going. even though i feel the size of a house. i don't see how it could work for everyone else and fail for me!! apparently i'm not eating enough!! not something i've ever really been accused of before (except whilst doing cd ) so i'm trying to eat a bit more... and use up some of my syns, ha.

down a lb from yesterday so only 6 extra lbs to get rid of now...

finally got vases for the tables at my wedding last night so those are sorted. would like to go to ikea this weekend to get the lamps for downstairs in the evening do and then it will all be sorted and i need not think of it any more!! having a bit of trouble storing all these ruddy things of course!! never mind ha.

today i am having a banana and custard yoghurt and some more grapes (i'm developing a grape habit. have been advised to stop eating so many and try a different fruit but i've bought them so i'm eating them until they are gone... which they will be by the end of the day ) and possibly an alpen light bar as half a HEB, have my low fat supernoodles for lunch, or mac and cheese and mash. yes. i'm addicted to that too... and i have another muller light with me for a snack, another alpen light bar as another snack and i haven't decided what to have for dinner yet... so that's quite a lot of food right?

    Hi lovely
I have been a bit of a lurker this week, but it seems so evident to me that this weight gain has co-incided with your implant being removed. Seriously, hormones are amazing for playing havoc with weight, and I know you know this, so please take heart,
    Hugs. xx

thanks hon. my skin has gone all horrid on my chin too and i usually have clear skin so this bobbly nonsense is driving me MAD... i really hope that it is a hormonal thing... although at this rate i'm going to finish april at the same weight as i started and my emergency month on cambridge will have turned into two waaaargh...

am starting to think that maybe emergency cambridge needs to start earlier than the beginning of may, but i'm enjoying this diet so much and it suits me so well that i really really don't want to have to give up on it yet. but i keep saying, i'll give it another week, i'll give it another week, and there aren't all that many weeks until my wedding

well i am hoping that i've put my toilet issues to rest. am drinking lots of water today. hoping to make the three litre mark. am only one litre down so far so need to get on with that really... can't wait for the weekend to happen!!

i bought the wrong squash again. it isn't free. but it's only half a syn per 75mls of concentrate so that will help me to use up all these syns i need to use.

i think i've managed to calculate that a normal chupa chups lolly is 3.5 syns. so that will take care of a couple today

    Hey Honey,

Sorry i was absent yesterday. I was actually really busy at work. We are currently going through a change around the way we do our maintenance cos we are getting new teams......so we are currently starting our 12 monthly services early. It basically means that everytime i go out to do a job it takes all day. There are so many things to do in a 12 monthly service and the signallers wont always let us have the time to do them.

Are you going to keep on SW until the end of the month then?? Or just start your emergency CD? :P I am so excited for you!!! and your dress is gorgeous btw....i was having a nosey a few days ago when my computer was working.

    xx
