Hi Becky - Gosh I can't believe how quickly you're wedding is coming up, must be so exciting now, especially with the dress fitting. I missed the programme about Claire from steps and meant to watch it - I hope they repeat it sometime.....will rely on MMers to mention if it's coming up LOL.

ahhhh well is she can do it we can do it even if it takes us longer ,,, ahhh well time for me to get off my butt and go get showered and dressed and wake other half up as hes had a long enuff lie this morning i need the shops before he goes to watch the football in the pub cya later xxx have a good day

Hey Abz... glad the fitting went so well.
I think you need to do whatevers right for you & not what the seamstress says... at the end of the day you want to be a weight/size that you will feel happy about on your wedding day & your paying for the service of having alterations.
When I got married I was doing my vlcd & was dropping 4lbs a week, my seamstress from the shop told me & needed to stop dieting 2 months before the wedding as thats when they would do my alterations, I then went & sourced an independant lady who did my final fitting 2 days before my wedding & I got to wear my dress at a size I was really proud of!!
Good luck with whatever you decide... but it is yours & thomas' special day & you can make the decisions as to how you'll best feel comfortable in your own skin & dress. xxx
well the main reason for doing this so early is that the seamstress is going to make me a back panel so i need to be fitted for that. and she may need to take it in around the bust (which made me laugh hysterically. really wasn't expecting that, ha.) i may ask her to take it in at the sides a wee bit in any case. because the lacing at the back had masses of room to expand. i think i would like it lacing a little wider in any case so that you can see the back panel...
but i've decided (after knocking myself out of ketosis of course, pillock that i am... i was panicking about it all last night... don't really have the money for alterations but i suppose i'll worry about that later) that i want to continue doing ss.
so back on the wagon today, no doubt there will be cravings again. whoopee.. and hopefully it won't have affected my weigh in too badly. haven't been weighed for two weeks and was hoping for 6lbs to half a stone, but we'll just have to see what happens...

well i just wish i hadn't done 1000 now. not many carbs but enough to make things more difficult i'm sure.
saying that, i'm still to have my first pack. i haven't gotten hungry. so maybe i'm not too far from being back in ketosis. may do a test tomorrow morning to find out

Guzzle the water it has really put me back on track in the past 2 days and now i'm ultra motivated and i've lost weight too.
Try and drink a ltr, then maybe a coffee first before you do a pack??

i have had 1.5 litres and two cups of coffee so far todayha.
because i missed seeing my cdc last week i've been living on mainly porridge as i had a stockpile from when i decided i didn't like it and forgot to swap it and bought more, ha. luckily i like porridge again but i've been having an awful lot of it in the last few days
