    i'm working

am currently trying to remember how on earth we fixed something months ago that didn't work for one user... but it's taken until now for her to realise... and i can't remember for the life of me where the sodding file is... and there's an awful lot of files. i'm not even completely convinced of which server it's on...

Bet you thought you'd got away with that one didn't you Jim Anyways, when were you not naughty - I must've been away that day

On a precautionary note - you really will have to address that growing nose problem - it seems to be doing it a lot lately!

I'm not that familiar with the Cambridge diet, so forgive my ignorance. There's no extra food allowed on it at all? And what's the 1000 plan, I've seen it a couple of times.

With the dress and the size 16 issue, do what you think is best. The dress can so easily be taken in last minute if you want to aim for it. Don't forget, you're the bride, and the bride always gets what she wants

ha. good point bron haven't got used to that idea yet

cambridge is a very low calorie diet. there are plans on it that involve food but i am doing sole source, which is total food replacement

am actually starting to feel a bit hungry now so will go and make my porridge i think

Heh, me neither! I keep catching myself referring to it as "my wedding" instead of "ours" but hey, is it ever about the guy?

Ah, I see. So 1000 plan is, I'm guessing, 1000kcals? So do you get a collection of meals that makes up the day's food? Do you have consultations as well?

    Sorry, I sound really nosey, don't I!

on ss (sole source) you get three packs a day. i usually have a chocolate shake tetra, a soup and a bar per day. on 1000 you get two packs and a small protein and veg meal with small amounts of low GI carbs like wholegrain pasta or fruit for example.

well i went out with my friend last night. i was in bed by half past 11 and i feel like crap this morning. ha. either i'm getting old (never!!) or my body doesn't like heading back into ketosis much, hee. forgot to do a test this morning so will have to do one when i get home or in the morning.

weigh in tomorrow. haven't had a weigh in for two weeks and i think i've only lost 3lbs... *sigh*. ah well. it's in the right direction...

ha. that's what i did clarri. for one night :P and then i figured, well, if the seamstress can do it then great. it isn't for the dress. i realised that even if i look fab in the dress, all my other clothes are way too baggy and the size 16s just don't fit yet!! so i look fanbloodytastic in the gown, but that's for a total of about 8 hours... and i spend the rest of the time looking like i can't quite dress myself. so i think i'm going to keep going until these sodding size 16s fit me. and then maintain and then lose the last little bit (and all the honeymoon gain) slowly when i get back

oh the time it is going soooooooooo sloooooooooooowly.

feeling a bit better now. still incredibly tired. having a coffee and some water at the mo. will have my first pack around lunch time i think. i need to really watch myself. thinking about it i'm really not sure i've been having all three packs the last few days. not intentionally, it's just totally slipped my mind. i was counting what i had left this morning and there are definately more than i anticipated so i've certainly skipped a few this week... oops.

still. even though that isn't good (starvation mode etc) at least i'm not starving hungry all the time... ha..
