i've had to email back and ask them to make it cheaper!! like hundreds of pounds cheaper!! aaargh.

Make your own little table decorations (either flowers or on a theme) it can make it more individual. Taz has loads of great ideas on that score x

The cost of weddings these days is enormous. Makes me think that my Eleanor and Nick did the right thing by eloping to Vegas and getting married there.

oh dear about the flowers Abz.. They are horriably expensive hence me doing mine a DIY job... have you paid a deposist to them? Are u tied into having to use them?

well they are lovely and am sure they will do a fab job. We are talking about ways of cutting the price down...

Personally, I scraped the flowers; pollen gets to my chest. So for the bouquets I'm making them out of origami. Again, anyone you know who can make paper/silk/sugar flowers...?

basically i think i'm looking at at least £300 for flowers and i was probably daft to think it would be less than that.

my flowers and the bridesmaid flowers are silk already...
