    i haven't decorated it yet janey, ha. i am hoping to do so tonight. then my little tree will be so unbelievably lit up as i have a gazillion lights on a big tree usually

    ha. totally forgot to write about last night properly. it was really lovely hanging out with kay and chatting away. we discovered that i do indeed need to have a bmi of 28 to apply to be a counsellor so we've jumped the gun a wee bit there!! so we're hoping for the end of january. it's my birthday at the end of january so i'm hoping i'll be there for then... although with christmas in the way it's debatable. i'll be well on my way though.

    it was really interesting to watch her chat with other clients. she's so good with one-to-one and remembering what each person is going through and bantering with them. i mean, i knew that as she's always been like that with me, but it was still interesting to see. a lot of her clients cancelled last night so she said we'll do it again in january as she'll have new clients and people don't tend to cancel and i'll get to see the mayhem, ha. so that will be fun.

    about to have my first coffee of the day. woohoo. coffee at work again

    I guess you are spoiled for choice now you can eat! You'll get used to sorting out the food into mealtimes. I take a healthy low fat sandwich to work with an activia yog for pud. I always have a banana and an apple or something like that in my bag. Of course I start the day off with my porridge and have a main meal in the evening. That seems to satisfy me throughout with no need for hunger pangs in between. x

    well i seem to have gone a bit mad today :S am off food shopping after work so at least i won't be hungry and panic buying, ha.

    am off to see family for christmas this weekend. and it's the IT night out. so my aforementioned goal of remaining the same weight by next week is actually a little bit ridiculous. am going to have to make sure i'm extra good over the coming two days, ha.
