Seems to be aye, my leg is still very sore and tender (if anyone wants to mssage it better then please join the queue and take a ticket - your ticket will be 1!) so still not doing much.
I hung back and had a bigger lunch rather than have breakfast. Since then I have basically slept...and may do so again. I feel like I am wasting away my days but I can't do much else at the moment!

I had a cheeky jump on the scales today.
First thing I noticed was the wee wheel thing to adjust it to zero (I like my scales to be mechanical rather than not) was sticking and barely moving. I got it to zero and hop on. Just over 9 stone.
...ok that's not right. I jump off and it goes to zero again. Try again, just over 9 stone.
...I think my scales are brokeWill need to pick up a new set. Which is never good and no 2 sets of scales are ever the same.
Also I am quite struggling with eating the now being stuck in doors. I think I may have to just ride it out and consolidate. Ie last night I was up til 2am and was starving so had about an extra 500 cals on top of what I already had that day.
Hopefully I should be fairly active again come the weekend. I can walk a hell of a lot better now with the tubigrip on that I could on Sunday night but I am still very tender without it. Just have to wait and see I guess.
