newbie - help please - faint & cravings. TFR vs Maintenance

Hi - I've just posted this on the 100% site but wondered if anyone on here has any ideas:
I've been on the drinks/flapjacks now for 2 weeks - lost 8.5 and 3.5. Whilst I'm happy with this (only another 2 stone to lose) I've the ongoing problem that I'm DYING for food and everytime I get up from my chair/out of bed, my head goes fuzzy and my legs wobble. I've to kneel down until this goes away otherwise I'm in danger of falling over/down stairs!!!

Has anyone else had this - how did you overcome it. I'm certainly drinking enough in teas/water etc and I'd like to be able to stick with 100% but I just feel like I'm denying myself and am dying for a proper meal.

I don't really look in the maintenance section tbh as I'm on 100% so normally go straight there. I had that at the start of the diet...but learnt to get up slowly to avoid the sudden head rushes and after a while they do pass if you can stick it out. If your worried perhaps worth a trip to the doctors just to check your ok to do this regime x x x Good Luck x x x

Well of course you are denying yourself a proper meal. The reason we're all here is that we've all been having more than just a 'proper' meal. I feel LT does more than jus helping you lose weight. It essentially re-educates your eating habits. Denying yourself now is just part of learning the new eating habits, like for example I noticed while on LT how Everytime I am waiting for the train or bus, I'll get some snack from the shop even though I am not hungry. You know what the fun fact is? I DIDN'T NEED IT! LT taught me that and so much more. Accept the hunger. Learn the lesson.
