Thread: cooked rice/pasta weights = ???? DRY Weight

I've just rung the help line to ask how much DRY weight 4oz cooked rice/pasta is (as per the refeed)............they told me 4oz................I checked 3x with them..............I still don't think this is right. I think it's closer to 2oz dry because it soaks up all the water!!!

Anyone any answers???

I think you're right, maybe just cook 4oz then measure out your 4 oz. there will defo be leftovers tho.
