    2 shakes and a meal

I am struggling so much lately due to ill health in family! My mind and my heart is not on 100% lipotrim at all at the minute!
I was wondering if I Did 2 shakes and a meal instead of 3 shakes, how would it affect my weight losses? As I no sooner or later am gonna crack up n will ruin everything!
My head is such a mess at the minute!
    Anyone got any ideas?

    Diet: Lipotrim god help me
    Hi
I dont know why knowone has got back to you, i havent been on here for a while, but i did lipotrim TFR for a couple of weeks and yes the weight loss was great, but i felt depressed, like i had nothing to look forward to, unsociable, and of course within 2 days of eating after starving myself i put it back on.
I am going to do the maintenence diet, the same as your thinking of doing it, two shakes for breakfast/lunch, and a healthy chicken and salad small dinner, then exercise few times a week.
Its cheaper, you can buy it online, it looks tastier, you look forward to at least something to chew and of course you will loose weight doing this.
Let me know if you decide to do this

Hi i decided to have a break from 100% lipotrim, as i am having a holiday, but when i tasted food it did send me off track a little and i havent been able to stick to the full maintainance, i went for tea out last night and didnt eat to much, but did have a glass of wine which lowered my reactions and then ate cheese when i got home and this morning i had egg and toast and am sat here in my leggins getting ready to do some exercise and promise to have two shakes today to get back on maintainance, but i am going back on full 100% on Tuesday when i finish my holiday, i am going for a weight in later, as i had put on 3.5lbs last week and have lost 3 stone in total, i am confident that i will get it off again and would like some support, which is why i am on here... x good luck what ever you decide
the worst days on lipotrim have to be better than the best days in your fat jeans

I came off tfr after losing 3st and am using the maintanence products to help me lose a little but also to maintain I am having a maintanence product at breakfast time along with a low calorie breakfast then another before a low calorie lunch and the same at night have been doing this for almost a week and have lost 2lb which is what I was aiming for x the maintanence products are designed to make you feel full and eat less x

I'm no expert but I think if you had two shakes and a meal that was low fat low carb high protien you would still lose weight and stay in ketosis there are 15 carbs in a shake so say u had chicken or fish as your main part of the meal and chose green leafy veg or similar as your carbs you would be fine don't know if you would still lose at the same rate tho

Try Slim n Save - there's a section in the TFR on this forum too with loads of info.

It's a VLCD but you can eat a little veg and a little protein too. I've done it for a week instead of LT and it made such a nice change.
Being able to eat 100g protein and 200g of veg a day really makes a huge, huge difference.

Most people say you can lose a stone a month on S&S which is the same as LT but I found my losses slowed. Having said that I haven't done it long enough to be sure.

When I come back to lose my final stone and a bit in June I am going to use S&S as I know the veg and protein means I'm far less likely to quit before I get there.

^^ To remind me of where I very first started.

Where I dream I could be, maybe if I just kept going ^^

    WK1 (LT) -7lbs WK2 (LT) -3lbs WK3 (LT) -3lbs WK4 (LT) -3lbs
    WK5 and WK 6 (LT and S&S)- 4lbs WK7 refeed - STS WK8 normal food- +1lb

    Mini goals/ dreams
Get back under 12st- Done wk 1.
Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!
Manage a whole month on VLCD. Done!
Get under 11st (first time in a decade?) Done!
Get out of the, 'overweight' category into the 'normal' Sorta just on the edge!
Get back into my small size 14 jeans. Done but they're not THAT comfy...
Refeed properly - eg not giving up after 4 days. On day 6 and still going. whooo!
    Get to 10.5st.
    Get to 10st.
    Get to 9.5st.
    Get into size 12 jeans.
Get a new dress and feel sexy!

My weight over last 3 years ^^

two shakes/bar a day plus a low fat meal does work..ive done before but its really like a low fat diet, nothing at all like the losses you expect on lt full time.

i am going back to this today and i know it will definately take longer to lose but i know ill be happier as well ...it just a matter of being patient after the large losses you get from lt
To be happy with who I am, is all I've ever wanted to be.....

Hi i went back on TFR and lost another stone, but have felt so ill this time around i have gone back onto maintain... when i eat... i struggle to stop, that is my problem, only been back on it for 2 days, ate some lovely green leafy veg, brocolli, spinach, alf alfa shoots, green beans and kale, to fit a dessert bowl and, straight afterwards i seem to have set off a chain and want to keep eating, i will start a new thread to get some advice, but ouch its hard.... but better than struggling and feeling like poo on the TFR....this is a nice treat... x
