    advice please

hi all. I've been doing total food replacement for four weeks now. it was my third time to do it since june and I've lost 5 stone in total and need to loose another 3. I've started my refeed today because I wasn't feeling very well. I want to try loser the rest through maintenance. does anyone have any tips for me on how I can loose the last 3 stone via maintenance. thanks
