    You are both stars, thank you so much. It must have taken you ages to type all of that out. Are they in the new eating out guide because my copy is a couple of years old and they arn't in there, I must get an up to date cop I suppose (mind you I don't eat out that often)!

    Is there that much of a difference? I am not sure what plan to go as I will be doing it from home and don't have any of the books. Propoints is all I kinds know about so far still reading diaries and threads atm!

    Yes, there's a massive difference. Points are worked out a different way and you get a different allowance. You'll need to choose one or the other and go with it. Good luck!
