    then maintained until August 2011 ...
    now have slowly seen the weight creep up
    so it's time to get into 11s again! ...
    ProPoints does not work for me tried for months, so Discovery it is

    Haven't had chance to get a new Eat Out book yet, but if the new one lists Yo Sushi I'd really love it if somebody could list some of those values - whilst the Yo site has nutritional values, it doesn't list fibre so I can't work out the PP values
