Flora light 10g. 0.5p
Normal flora green box 1p
Medium slice bread. 1.5p
Skimmed milk 140ml. 0.5p
Semi skimmed milk 140ml. 1p
Whole milk 140ml. 2p
1 whole egg. 1.5p
20g dry pasta. 1p
150g cooked rice. 3p
1 teaspoon sugar. 0.5p
1 teaspoon oil 1p
Walkers crisps from multipack 2.5p
Wotsits. 1.5p
20g of flour 1p
225g potatoe 2.5p basically 50g is 0.5p and so on
105g baked beans 1p
165g uncooked chicken breast 2.5p

60g sweetcorn 0.5p
Pitta bread 2.5p
Hellmans light mayonnaise 15g 0.5p
1 mcvities rich tea biscuit 0.5p
