Some of these are really confusing! It depends on egg noodles/medium noodles/weight/cooked/uncooked. Through looking through loads of different pro points values I come to the conclusion that 10grams is 1 point. So your packet noodles (small packs) koka etc are 8-10pp uncooked. I work out pasta the same 50grams, 5pps. Hope this helps!
