    Help!! Discovery plan points

    Hi all

Im having a disaster......my weight watchers calculator has just died on me and I need to point me dinner!

Can anyone tell me how many points it works out at for 158 calories and 0.4 sat fat?? I'm on the old points system, not pro points.

Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated!

    Thank you :-)

    Hi Marie!

I'm only seeing this now so your dinner is well over..but if you need the points for future reference, it works out at 2.5 points. What did you have for such low points??..Hope it was nice!

Thank you for the reply :-)

After years of over eating, I have a huge appetite!!! But last night, I 'fried' half a family sized punnet of mushrooms with half a bag if fresh bean sprouts and 50g of dried noodles......with just a drop of water (instead of oil) and soy sauce. I never thought something so low in points could ever fill me up, but I put so many mushrooms in it, I struggled to clear my plate! And was lovely to eat. And thanks to my extra low point dinner yesterday, I got to enjoy a bottle of wine with my saved points tonight :-) Thank you WW!! :-)
