Thread: is veg 0 point no matter the quantity?

    Diet: weight watchers now slimming world!
    Height: 5ft4in
    Start Weight: 11st11lb
    Current Weight: 9st8lb
    Goal Weight: 9st1lb
    Goal Date: In time for Xmas!


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 28.3
    Current BMI: 23
    Goal BMI: 21.8


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st7lb
    % Lost 18.79%

    is veg 0 point no matter the quantity?

    have always wondered this!! does it matter on my portion size or is it only 0 points for the stated amount of g's in the basic food guide?

    2 stone 2lbs lost in total so far!
    start weight started SW at 10.01 now at 9.9

    week 1 - 3lbs
    week 2 - STS
    week 3 - 3lbs
    week 4 -
    week 5 -

    my goals!
    1st goal - loose 7lbs DONE!!
    2nd goal - to be back in the 10's DONE!!
    3rd goal - get to pre pregnancy weight of 10st 5DONE!
    4th goal - get to 9st 12lb DONE!!
    5th goal - get to 9st 7lbs (very much wishful thinking)

    I have loads of 0 point soup and always count it as free no matter the amount i have.

    • Cabbage, average all varieties, raw (0.02 points)
    • Carrots, raw (0.22 points)
    • Cauliflower, raw (0.10 points)
    • Celery
    • Artichoke, (globe or french), boiled, drained
    • Broccoli, raw (0.30 points)
    • Beans, snap or green, boiled, drained (0.08 points)
    • Cucumber, peeled, raw (0.32 points)
    • Endive (0.18 points)
    • Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw (0.02 points)
