lost 5 stone by the time i got to December 2010,
then maintained until August 2011 ...
now have slowly seen the weight creep up
so it's time to get into 11s again! ...
ProPoints does not work for me tried for months, so Discovery it is

How can the sweet and sour balls for example only be 10, when you compare the quantity you get for those points to values for chicken nuggets from maccy d's?!
I want to trust these values as per tray but I don't think I dare!
