    I couldnt finish it AT ALL. One would have been more than enough!!!!! And i didnt even eat any of the meat from mine, if you use meat i would only have one. Or just use less veggies. God i am stuffed

    now have slowly seen the weight creep up
    so back on ProPoints to sort it out
    November 2012 - 12st 9lbs
    1 stone put on over a year and 3months
