Blackcurrant sugar free jelly
Heinz tomato soup and bread. (first bread in weeks. Yummy) x
Salmon with chilli dressing and salad. Alpen light choc/fudge bar. Mmmmmmm
Light choices ( tesco) mushroom risotto and huge salad.
Pink n White wafer for pud (1/2 point)
Spaghetti Bol made with qourn Mmm 7.5 points and was worth it x
chicken grillstar and medium fries from mcdonalds!! was within my points and was bloody lovely lol 11 points
