Goals
Loss 10lb before end of feb - 12/10 - Completed 27/2/2012
Lose a total 20lbs before end of march - 19/20 - Missed by 1lb
Lose a total of 10lb by the end of may - 5/10
Fit into a size 18 in most shops -
Fit into and buy a size 16 dress -
Be back to pre wedding weight by easter - 19/23
