Hello everyone,
Not quite sure how I found this forum but so glad I did.
I need help please, I started doing the new propoints in January 2012 but failed I have done ww in the past and managed to lose 9lb but now I can't seem to even lose 1lb,
I'm hoping you can help me and provide me with some EASY recipes to get me started again I'm no Delia Smith so nothing to difficult please.
