    Tastey Pork Kebabs

    Here is the recipe for the pork kebabs i made tonight that were delish .. pp works out as 6 for the meat mix, i had mine in a warbbys wrap and some home made garlic mayo

    1 Serving ..
    140 grams of lean pork mince
    1 slice of ww bread, toasted and made into bread crumbs
    1/4 teaspoon of ground cummin
    1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
    salt
    black pepper
    1 garlic clove finely grated
    1 small onion coursley grated

    put all the ingreidents into a bow, and mix with a food processor or hands to get all the ingriednts mixed well.
    Form into a ball and place in a grease proof loaf tin, and spread mixture out, so that it cooks evenly.
    Cook on 190, for roughly 40 mins, or untill mix looks well cooked.
    Slice it up and have it with either a pitta or a wrap, and sauce of your choice and enjoy
