    Quick yummy dinner idea

So payday is tomorrow and I was having a rummage through my fridge for something cheap and cheerful to make that would be nice and tasty ... So I decided home made chicken bites, used 165g raw chicken breast, coated them in 20g of ruskolene breadcrumbs(2pp) and then spritzed a baking tray with fry light and then put the chicken on and spritzed the top of the bites. (I cut the chicken into bitesixed bits before bread dumbing them). Cooked for 20/25mins at 190(fan assisted). Then served with a medellin of frozen veg, with a wee teaspoon of the purple flora and a tablespoon of garlic mayo to dunk the bites. I must say I was full to the brim and it was so tasty! Xxx works out at 8 pro points for the whole meal yummmm xx
